Don't get caught out There are some common occurrences at this time of year that can catch people out - here’s a heads up of what to watch out for: - Don’t oil your electric trolley wheels You may think you’re helping your trolley but WD40 or oil will ruin the clutches over time. Grease is the only thing to use, or bring it into us and we can service the whole thing including your battery and charger for £25. - Keep an eye on the tee bookings After having the course to ourselves for the winter it’s easy to forget to check that the tee is clear. The most up-to-date fixtures are on www.broctonhall.com. Please ask us if you’re unsure. - Remember to replace your grips in good time We’re forecast a wet April (which is a good thing as a cold, dry April stunts the grass growth) and grips which have been left in garages or sheds will suffer in much the same way as an overly worn grip. Who doesn’t like the feeling of a new, tacky grip?! Alternatively, get your pair of rain gloves out. |
