Snowed under...
Recently I was using the Facebook group to show how slowly the snow was clearing as people's gardens tend to clear long before the golf course. Of course at the moment it's not an issue but because the days have been nice and clear, causing frosty nights, I reckon we would still be a week away from the course being open, had we not been under lockdown. The deer have been caretaking the course for us whilst we've not been on it, I recorded a great video today which I'll put on the Facebook page, as a huge group of them were happily chasing each other round and around the rhododendron bushes by the 18th green!
Still here to help!
I'm at the club every day as I figured there would be a lockdown coming after Christmas and had lined up lots of jobs to do and events to be planned if I was right. The shop is closed but we're allowed to take deliveries and you can organise collections for anything you require, so it's a perfect time to get your clubs re-gripped or your whole set MOT'd. We can also deliver back to you safely if you prefer. I'll be adding some new shafts and clubheads into our fitting matrix during this time and the new clubs from PING were due to be here next Monday - I've just heard today though that they've delayed the launch because of lockdown. We'll also be clearing some clothing, shoes and clubs which we'll use the Facebook page for and you'll be able to grab some great discounts. Thanks for your continued support, keep your chins up and keep in contact. |
